How long have you been in business?
Be sure to choose a company that has been in business at least 7 years, and has a large client base. Most ATM providers offer 5 year contracts, but how will you know if they’re still going to be in business? ATM Merchant Systems has been in business for 10 years. Our staff of Professionals has over 100 years of banking experience. We are the largest ATM company in Nevada. We also have ATMs in 48 states.

What happens if my ATM machine breaks down?
Look for a company with a reputation for great customer service, around the clock support and staff available to you at any time. ATM Merchant Systems offers 24/7/365 service and repair. We have a complete Triton parts department on site so there is no waiting for parts to be shipped from the factory. Our service techs answer every call personally, so you don’t have to speak to an answering machine.

What happens when my machine runs out of cash?
Many companies don’t offer a cash management plan, so if your machine runs out during off hours you’re guaranteed to lose money. We offer a cash management plan. Our systems tell us when your machine is getting low on cash so we are there filling it before you’re down and losing money. If you prefer to handle the cash yourself, we will provide you with all the tools needed to prevent cash out situations.

What about network regulated compliances and deadlines?
If your ATM provider does not inform you of regulated deadlines for upgrading your software, required ATM signage or any number of changing laws, the ATM provider could be fined and your ATM could be out of service for weeks. We are on top of this issue every day. We know every regulation months before they are passed. We will educate you on the upgrades, signage regulations, and all new or changing laws to ensure your ATM service in never interrupted.

Do banks refer your company?
Banks will not refer an ATM provider with a bad reputation, that doesn’t pay bills on time or is it just starting up. ATM Merchant Systems is referred by major banks both locally and nationally to assist bank customers with proper business solutions.
