If the error clears, enter the Management Functions when the Top Menu is displayed. Enter your password.

When the Management Functions menu is displayed, select Diagnostics.

Press the Clear Dispenser Error option. The return code “GQ” should be displayed. If any other code is displayed, replace the dispenser.

Press the Test Dispense option. The return code “GQ” should be displayed. If any other code is displayed, replace the dispenser. If all tests are satisfactory, return the dispenser to normal service.

Are transactions being processed normally?

If yes, reset the terminal, reset the error, place the terminal in service.

If no, make sure the telephone line is connected at the terminal and at the jack, check the phoneline to make sure it is operational, verify that Triton Connect has been enabled at the terminal and the terminals call back feature is enabled. If the error re-occurs, replace the modem or main board or both.

Verify that the dipswitches on the Printer Control Board are in the correct position.

Measure the DC voltages supplied to the printer control board with a multimeter. ( 12 Vdc /-2%)

Verify the operation of the low paper sensor. Clean or replace the low paper sensor as needed.

If the errors re-occurs, replace the printer control board
